TxCFR wants to encourage new and established professionals as well as graduate and undergraduate students to submit a conference proposal for the TxCFR 2015 Conference using the form below.

Proposals may be made in the following categories:

  • Research Papers - to be presented in a panel presentation format
  • Workshop - a 1-hour interactive and experiential presentation
  • Roundtable Discussions - thoughtful discussions on a particular family-related topic
  • Poster Session - a poster summarizing results/implications of family-related research

**Presentation Abstract File Upload**
Using the "Browse" button below, upload an abstract of your presentation using the following guidelines:

  • The abstract should be 200 words or less
  • The abstract should have NO AUTHOR NAMES or EASILY-IDENTIFIABLE AUTHOR INFORMATION to ensure an impartial anonymous review process.
  • Only one file may be uploaded in this section
  • The file should be less than 3MB (file size limit)

TERMS OF SUBMISSION

  • The Deadline for receiving proposals is NOW 11:59pm CST December 31st, 2016. Acceptance notifications will be sent by January 31, 2015.
  • Authors' contact information will only be used within TxCFR.
  • All proposals will be peer-reviewed in a blind review process to determine acceptance.
  • If accepted to present, any author that is presenting must register for the TxCFR 2015 Conference.
  • Failure to register will result in the accepted presentation being dropped from the conference program.

When you press the "Submit" button below, you will send all of the author contact information above as well as the two file uploads selected above (Author Biography & Presentation Abstract). Once submitted, you will see a notification at the bottom of this page informing you whether the submission was successfully submitted or not. In addition the author(s) will receive a confirmation email if successfully submitted.
